A welcoming space for the Manitou Springs community to gather, play, learn, and celebrate together.

The Manitou Springs Commons opened in August 2026 as a 100% volunteer-led 501(c)(3) community nonprofit dedicated to fostering creativity, connection, and resilience. Located at 808 Manitou Ave. on the top floor of a former Episcopal church building, the Commons transforms the historic sanctuary into a vibrant, inclusive hub for community life. The Commons is independent and is not part of or affiliated with any church or religious organization.

Across 2,000 square feet of hardwood floors, stained glass, and vaulted ceilings, the Commons offers community space, classes, teen nights, senior socials, workshops, and private rentals for all ages. These programs enrich daily life, strengthen local identity, and support the wellbeing of our community. This is your space.
